Just click the "Additional Options" text that is just below the box you type your post in.  Then click a Browse button, to select the photo on your hard disk.  The picture can't be too big or it won't allow the upload).

Nah, that would be my spouse.

See all that hair on the back of my head? That's all there is-- there's nothing on the front of my head. My Hallowe'en Klingon costume just needs a couple forehead bumps.

I suspect that waterproof/sweatproof sunscreen didn't get invented until the Baby Boomer surfers hit their high-forehead 50s.
