recommend a travel agent?

Hi all,

Normally I don't use travel agents as I book everything myself. However, I am trying to coordinate a cruise for a group of friends next year. I need to find a good travel agent who is reliable and will actually be responsive to my emails/calls. I have contacted a few, and they have been horrible about getting back in touch with me.

I'm looking for an agent with experience booking cruises - in particular, coordinating a group cruise. Hopefully, someone will have a personal recommendation they can make. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post publicly.
