Safe withdrawal rates at AAII

The American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) posted a study of safe withdrawal rates a while back. They use the same methodology as FIRECalc, but only go back to either 1926 or 1945 (both are reported).

The results are not materially different than FIRECalc or Intercst's spreadsheets produce, but the presentation is tabular, and the discussion is a bit more technical.

Most of their stuff requires membership, but this article is free.
