I returned a defective iphone case to the local ATT store. I couldn't plug my earbuds in because the case was too thick. It had been a couple of months, but the case cost $38 and I was pissed. Luckily, I found the receipt and asked to see the manager (he sold me the case). We bargained a little and he caved and gave me a $50 Skullcandy set in place of the case.
Anyone used these? How fun. Now I know why people are walking and talking to "nothing." The earbuds pick up the phone if it rings and you can talk without getting your phone out. No wires. Phone can be up to 30 ft away. So when at home listening to podcasts, I don't have to carry my phone around in my pocket, if I stay in range.
