SKYPE Video

Anyone here have any experience with using SKYPE
video version 2.0?

Interested in quality of video and degree of bandwith
for decent success.

I tried it using a 1.5Mbps connection, and it still seemed like a toy with lots of drop-outs. I won't be replacing my phone with it.
