anybody buying real estate in IRA, which company used?

I am looking to open a self directed IRA with LLC (so I have checkbook control) in order to purchace house. there are no local banks or buisness that do this, web searching finds a lot, but which ones are reputable? looking for someone that used one, ira123.com is my leading choice at moment.

I've seen limited partnerships for timber tracts in an IRA, but there aren't many custodians that want to hold alternative assets. Schwab just discontinued it.
