The article talks about Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland/Winter Haven, specifically, although there is some information about other US cities as well. Interesting that the population growth for Orlanda came mostly from people outside the 50 US states, whereas Tampa's growth can mostly from people within the US.

Puerto Ricans are flocking to South and Central Florida after that last hurricane. P/R has serious sociological issues and a serious lack of jobs. With terrible political corruption in the past, the infrastructure is especially poor in Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico has some of the worlds best weather and beaches. It ought to be a huge tourism place with incredible resorts, etc. It's not, however. And people are leaving for work.
