Oh...sorry.
I'm looking to see how these are ranked (absolute terms) by sector---including the individual companies that are included in the sector. I've seen where you can get the info on the web, but I'm looking for a free source.

Assuming that you want to screen stocks and list them in order of how much they pay out...
The stock screener on Yahoo is free and can be used to query by P/E. Then you can sort to find out who has the best payout.
I think you'd be more interested in P/E over EPS since the top EPS stock I could find on Yahoo is Berkshire Hathaway (BRKA), which has an EPS of $4570.00. But then, you have to dish out $85,400 a share to get it, so that stat in and of itself is useless.
