Just want to make sure I'm using "Manual Entry of Spending Changes" correctly...
If I expect my annual expenses to permanently decline by 20,000 in Year 10, that means I enter "-10000" in Year 10, and "-1" everywhere else, since I want to tell FIRECalc that the change happens once, and is permanent?
