Got amazing help for a parent from a paid counselor in the State Health Insurance Program (SHIP).
He found the least expensive prescription plan (based on analyzing actual prescriptions). He was able to find the best supplemental plan and gave us the step-by-step instructions (because a supplemental plan was our request).
