I really don't think he looks all that good. Granted, he is not fat, but personally, I don't care for that look at all. Trim and fit, but not looking like an old version of Mr. Clean.

Well, I suspect the physique is something more in his control vs how old he looks facially, unless he wanted to go for a hair transplant and plastic surgery.
