I'm doing ok with that, but it does take some effort to not let my worries about the future ruin my todays...my goal is to not let cancer take any more enjoyment from me!

Simple Girl, I only found this thread today and was reading it from the first page to last. I am really moved by your postings and can't help but notice how positive and courageous you are. You really had it rough but yet pulled through those dark days and what you wrote in the quote above shows how strong you are. I wish you the very best. My mum and younger sister are cancer survivors too and mum went through radiation and sis went through chemoteraphy. They are still healthy and positive. They had to make some adjustments in their lifestyles but I can see that cancer did not take away their enjoyment of life. They still travel a lot, exercise and have lots of friends.
