Help: I need ideas on what words to engrave......

My BIL is getting his bachelor's degree this weekend. DW picked out a nice clock, and there's a place for engraving.

We can't think of anything witty to engrave. He's 40 years old, and all the traditional engraving ideas I have seen are for a 20- something year old.

Any ideas would be mucho appreciated!!

there's a large manufacturing building near i-95 here and on the side of the building it says "bags on time".

i have no idea what that means but feel free to use it.
