Military SCRA question

A friend of mine is getting married to another active duty USAF member. She is staying home to finish her education, and the USAF member is going back to his overseas's location to finish his remote tour. She lives in a house that she purchased under her name before they got legally married.

Will the SCRA help lower her interest rate? I've used it on my credit card debt in the past, but I don't know how it works (or if it does) on an existing mortgage loan. Any help would be awesome
