Hello everyone - i am helping a friend with the following decision. Should i use my 25 days of leave or take the cash. She is retiring from the fed govt with 32 yrs of svc and is a single taxpayer. She doesn't need the cash. So her concern is whats the best thing to do tax wise? Thanks for your help...
