Early career professional- goal to maximize interest from personal investments and then consolidate into a big pot for compounding interest.

I feel the amounts from a workplace pension are low return and because I'll often be moving workplace, the small funds built will be eaten by fees.

Because of this I wanted to put my money into many smaller but high return investments with the highest interest possible.

1. Is it possible to consolidate ISA pots into one pot like an accessible pension?

2. Is there a calculator to show the compound return of interest for investing in many smaller pots vs leaving it in a standard workplace pension pot?

3. If you saw that your workplace pension was performing poorly is there much freedom for an individual to move their money to a higher performing investment?

Thanks
