Dawg, do you know how many calories you are shooting for? Are you giving yourself a midday (3 or 4 pm.) snack? (100-150 cal)?
Your breakfast and lunch sounds similar to what I would eat, and I'm pretty sure I need less calories than you. I'm just afraid you might be going at it too hard, starving yourself, and then you won't be able to stick with it.
Of course I could be wrong as you may be eating quite a bit more for dinner to make up for it!
