Updated today! Just published the 2022 update. FYI, there are six different data sets that go into each update, and there are 1-2 that usually get updated late April-early May. So I check every few days starting about April 15. The last to update was just revised. :coolsmiley:

Thanks. Actually it was a 40 year old wood hulled Grand Banks 36. It's previous owner named it Dory, and following tradition, we kept that name.

It should be working the same as before. But note that the spreadsheet only works for 30 year terms.

Someone pointed out that Firecalc is loading slowly - you may see the "Connecting..." indication in your browser or other indication. It looks like one module is loading slowly - it's the module that hides part of the screen and enables the tabs to display them one by one. So if not fully...

The yearly update has to await PPI, CPI, market performance including dividends, and a few other details. Dividends are always the last to be updated, but these were finally published, so the database for FireCalc has been updated.

By the way... the only updated data I have is the "standard" market and interest data. So the "mixed portfolio" will not include the new data. That portfolio data was generously contributed by Bob Clyatt, the author of Work Less Live More, but that was a one time contribution, and I have no...

FIRECalc now includes the 40+% decline in the equity and interest market from 12/07 through 12/08. :frown: I am using the 12/08 data instead of the as-yet unavailable 1/09 data, but I didn't want to wait another month to get the impact of the 4th quarter 2008 into FIRECalc. So look for a minor...
