Went roller-skating in the middle of the day with the family. We homeschool and have a senior and a sophomore. I really cherish these things we can do together before the oldest flies the coop for college and changes the dynamic at home. Bittersweet to say the least.

Enjoyed watching my sons compete at a karate tournament today. Oldest son took 1st place in forms, weapons, and sparring. Youngest son took two 2nd's and a 4th in sparring.

Congrats MarkY3130!! You beat us by 1 year (we were 38 when completely debt free). We struggled too with "celebration level" deciding to keep it pretty low key. Now the fun begins :coolsmiley: Celebrate a bit, then take that awesome cash flow you now have and REALLY build that nest egg!!

Same here DrRoy, we became 100% debt free 12/10/2013. It's amazing how that allowed us to live WAY under our means - and how quickly the NW increased!
