It seems that the seller has to report your eligible vehicle purchase by 1/15/24 and at time of sale and give you a form.
TMC threads say GM and Ford buyers got firms but Tesla buyers did not.
I was never asked my tax ID as far as I know.
A guy on TMC said tesla told him yesterday that a form would be pushed to the app in the next couple weeks. But in my case how to with no tax ID.
Any info here? New Bolt buyers did you get a form or provide Tax ID?
