International Investing - Allocation Adjustment?

+1 I have more like 30% in international equities (of my stock allocation... 18% of total)... I tend to go with the lower limit of what Vanguard recommends and I think they currently recommend 30-50%. Still waiting for it to do something good.

For my desired allocation, Fido suggests international at 12%, but I just don't see the reason to have much right now.
