I have a very long way to go until goal, but when I get there you will hear the triumphant yells all the way up there in NY. Luckily weight loss has been easier since ER.

I ate out five times this week so I am especially pleased with this week's loss. Had a regular checkup with my doctor on Friday, and he was very happy with my weight loss so far and its effect so far on my health.
