Kahn, you are probably joking. But I am going to answer truthfully. The secret to being interesting and arousing to a man is in the woman's confidence and attitude and openness to the project. Short, tall, fat, skinny, old or not so old, pretty or not so pretty- to me at least these are details.

I think it may be hard for an older woman to project that confident sexuality in our culture, because she may have been conditioned to expect scorn or rejection. Same is true for an older man who is not obviously rich.
