Some of us find that we might have stayed too long so that all our colleagues from a previous era, in my case THE 70'S, HAVE GONE. 
And now we are pretty much alone with a bunch of children. Well..... they are! Many of them are young enough to be my kids, or at least my much younger siblings.
What an odd feeling. And then there's working for a boss who, even though he has a PhD is 30 years younger than you.
