Does anybody have experience with MS Project? I'm looking for some advice on how to create a Gantt chart for a standardized process using hours and minutes as opposed to days. Thanks.

We were required to use MS Project for all our projects over $100k. However, it has been a year since I used it and I am happy to report that I have forgotten everything I knew about it.

I never did need to get down to hrs and mins though.

create a simple 2-3 task process which has 40 hours of work in each

then starting inputting work as .5 hours, .25 hours, .125 hours and see what happens

my company has a competing product and that works with our software.
