Hello,
I need to get estimates of moving our household, which we are downsizing, to our retirement destination of Seattle. However, the first company I asked for an estimate has the most HORRIFIC reviews on Yelp. They do have some positive ones on their own website but obviously they won't post negative ones there. They have nothing on the BBB sit although they are listed.
I believe they are the US's largest mover but this industry has a lot of bad press. So...we want to put our stuff in storage, go to Seattle and rent for awhile, get the place figured out then call for our stuff to be shipped out.
Has anyone had a pleasant experience with a nationwide moving company, preferably in Chicago?
