New Vanguard Funds

Vanguard announced the launch of a new dividend-growth fund and plans for two mid-cap funds:

- Dividend Appreciation Index Fund (now accepting investments)
- Vanguard Mid-Cap Value Index Fund
- Vanguard Mid-Cap Growth Index Fund
