I love my job because I have had the opportunity to develop and build something important, and my organization really appreciates my work.
But the pay, benefits and working conditions are not great and some of my best staff are moving on. I think it might be time for me to move on too. I am now looking for an opportunity that would combine the best of both worlds......while realizing that the grass is often not greener on the other side.
