real estate offer, too good to be true?

We have had a lot in Ocean Shores since the bargain days of 2008, and enjoyed camping on it.
We keep getting those offers to purchase that are way off the mark.
silly offers of 15, 18 etc.
I have been watching and my best guess is around 60K value because of reasons.

This offer came from a Seattle company and is for ~65K


edit: I just figured it out. Yes this is for the future home property, so that is a typical lowball offer WHEW! Glad I figured that out. I was about to waste some time on this.
