All I can say is you certainly won't be on many neighbor's Christmas card lists. You should just get out, it seems you are the only one concerned with the violations.

I will try to keep this nice, you can do a lot better by working with people, and the HOA, than being a PITA to them.

Run for the board, and help them fix things.
It will take time, probably years to work through the list.
Or leave.
