Interesting numbers... US and World Countries

one death every 12 seconds

and now... US population almost 329 Million?

So that means someone in the US is having sex every eight seconds !
 
I find it much more impressive that American women can birth every 8 seconds !! :eek:

Given that pregnancy doesn't occur every time, and that some do use birth control and are infertile, I'd guess it's a heck of a lot more frequent than that (probably a lot more than a few all the time...it takes more than a minute for most).

If it were not for immigration our population would be in decline.
 
There's nothing wrong with a declining birth rate...there are more than enough people on the planet.



Given that people aren’t dying off as early anymore it does present some challenges society isn’t very familiar with. The easy answer is immigration , but , well, you know how that’s going these days.
