Basic question for you all.

If someone has a portfolio of 100k and spends 5k on expenses and 1k on income taxes, is their WR 5k or 6k? IE, is WR inclusive of income taxes?

WR is what you take out in relation to what you start with, so in the case you outline the person takes out 5 to pay expensees and 1 to pay taxes so their WR is 6%
