In 1980 I fulfilled a long time dream to visit Europe. My buddy and I picked a 5 week organized camping trip to go on. With us on the bus visiting many of the major cities of Western Europe were about 50 young people from all over the world. A short while into the trip I noticed my future DW. I didn't speak her language and she barely spoke mine but with other people's help we managed to communicate. Shortly after the trip was over I flew to her country and visited her and her family in their home. For the next 2 years I flew monthly to see her before finally moving down and living with her family . We were married in 1983 and moved back to my home and have been here ever since

DW was a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding. Her wedding lasted about 6 years, ours is going on 44.
