I surprised myself, got em all.

Got 'em all except Freddy the Freeloader. Remembered as soon as I saw the answer !

I missed 3, 8, 10, and 20. Number 16 had multiple meanings, I remembered 3

Got the Red Skelton good night wrong... got it mixed up with "Mrs. Calabash." From another era.

I wasn't allowed to watch the Red Skelton show, so I never saw it even once. I was always intrigued by it as a kid, since I misunderstood the title and thought that show was the "Red Skeleton Show". I really wanted to see the red skeletons! :ROFLMAO:

So, I got that wrong. I got all of the rest, except for Speedy.

Surprised myself by getting 12/20, plus the 2nd half of the Red Skeleton question - but that was a guess, I never saw the show.

I got 17.5 - missed half the Red Skelton Q and missed #1 & #20. Too bad all this old useless info prevents new stuff from taking root...

I really disliked the Red Skeleton show so of course I got that one wrong but I aced the rest .

Got them all but #16. Red Skelton was favorite, I remember all of his characters.

Too Easy -- but then my brain works like Martin Tupper's

A few errata...

#7 Bonus round: Who said it? (without checking Google/YouTube) HINT: It's a trick question.

#10 is incomplete. "Good Night, and MAY God Bless"

#13 -- The Day the Music Died - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia refers, and was a tribute to, three music legends: Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper.

#15 -- Ya know... for KIDS! (Coen Bros. reference)

#18 is wrong. The question was, "Who knows what EVIL LURKS in the hearts of men?"

17/20, not bad for age 53.

Missed 10, 16 & 20. I was close on 10 but I said Clem Kadiddlehopper.

Got 16 out of 20, LS/MFT  never saw it advertised as initials so that made no sense to me. Couldn't remember the name Freddie the Freeloader but I sure can see him in my mind, Shadow must have been before my time, was that a radio program from the 40's ? I know the song American Pie but didn't know that it referred to Buddy Holly.

Shadow must have been before my time, was that a radio program from the 40's ?

The Shadow - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia began in the '30s, and ran through the '50s. The character had a number of incarnations before debuting as the one best known on September 26, 1937.
Thus began the "official" radio drama that many Shadow fans know and love, with 22-year-old Orson Welles starring as Lamont Cranston, a "wealthy young man about town." Once The Shadow joined Mutual as a half-hour series on Sunday evenings, the program did not leave the air until December 26, 1954.

20!

I never got to sit in the Peanut Gallery but in my college days (mid 60's) I met Buffalo Bob when he came to the college on a speaking tour. Then many years later I met the second (1953-57) Princess SummerFallWinterSpring.

Cheers!
