not answering screening questions online job application

I saw a job on Indeed.com and decided to apply for it.

They had 4 screening questions such as describe your experience with X software and Y software.

I put a period (.) in each text box intended for a long exposition, since I can't leave them blank.
Clicked the Apply button.

I suppose they will not bother looking at the resume if the answers don't grab their attention.

I guess if I ever have some time on my hands, I'll apply for a j*b and leave the screening questions blank (oh, and add a period.) What fun! YMMV
