Number 1 on the charts when you were born

"Sh-Boom" by The Crew-Cuts

I know the song, can even hum it.

Tossin and turnin by bobby lewis. I can actually hum the song and remember half the words. Which is disturbing. And I probably wont be able to get it out of my head for 3 days now.

Open The Door, Richard by Count Bassie. I actually remember my parents playing this record (78 rpm).

"Daydream Believer" by the Monkeys
My God, I'll never get it out of my head now.... :p

"Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye

Heheheh...

I think it was something from the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.

<hehe>

Mine was "Hit the Road Jack" by Ray Charles. Yours is a cool one, Brewer.

"Sunday, Monday, or Always" by Bing Crosby

I've never heard it and don't want to hear it. :D

The day I was born it was  "Let Me Go, Lover" by Joan Weber.

But then I checked my wedding day: "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen.

I'm laughing my head off!  (But, we are still happily married...)

Birth: "My Heart Has A Mind Of Its Own", Connie Francis. Never heard of it.

Wedding: "The Glory of Love", Peter Cetera. Thank goodness that one wasn't played at the ceremony or the reception!

Retirement: "Foolish" by Ashanti...

Me too!

My song was "Ballerina" by Vaughn Monroe. I actually recognize most of the songs listed but not this one. Since I was born just past midnight in France, I figure I could take advantage of the time zone difference and see if I would have better luck the day before. Same freakin song. :-\

I just checked our wedding day: "Beat It" by Michael Jackson. Ewww.

"Delicado" by Percy Faith

Never heard of it either. :-\

Wedding was "Goodies" by Ciara featuring Petey Pablo
Never heard of that one either. :-\

The song we actually played was " 'S Wonderful" by Diana Krall
That one I remember. ;)

"Two cave men beating on a rock with sticks."

Wow, I didn't think I was that old
