Who's watching? Thoughts?
I watch and enjoy it but believe it is terribly over dramatized. Character flaws are too obvious. Actor Paul Giamatti in such a strong role is different.

I'm watching it and like it. Over dramatized:confused:? Probably for the TV audience, however, I tend to believe the real manipulators are worse (but more subtle) than portrayed in the series.

Good show IMHO...highly recommend it. Probably pretty realistic in how it portrays the cutthroats on Wall Street.

The average TV viewer likely wouldn't get "subtle"... IMHO, of course.

But do you watch the show and what do YOU think about it?

How dare you accuse us of being "average"!

I have a feeling there may be different ideas about what constitutes over-dramatization. (I wish I hadn't led the witnesses, but that is one of the suggestions for opening a new thread IIRC)

I was accusing "us" of being above average!

Nope, don't have cable, and didn't have Showtime when I did.

Watching more tv is unintended consequence of being retired for me. If I keep it up it will no doubt bring me down closer to "average".

Verizon gave us a free Showtime trial in an attempt to get us hooked.
