Chinese hackers target Tesla Model S electric car - Telegraph

Seems the Chinese figured out how to play with your car.

Tesla Motors has promised to fix any “legitimate vulnerability” after Chinese hackers reportedly discovered a flaw which allowed them to honk the horn, unlock the doors and flash the headlights of its Model S electric cars

That would be available by stealing someone's smartphone app for the car.
You could do that with any other car that also has an app that controls those functions.
