Who'd have thought there's such a great holiday coming up. International Bacon Day.

Apparently it's celebrated on different days in different countries (hooray, more reasons to celebrate bacon) but the US celebration is Sat Sept 1 this year.

DW will have a bid smile on her face tomorrow. Pancakes and bacon for B-fast, you know one must celebrate the occasion. Good bacon recipes, take bacon and add anything to make it better. What was the line in Pulp Fiction regarding bacon? Something like "it's just so good".
