A Golden Age for Fixed Income Investing - Provided you use TIPS

Good question, I went all through my History and I cannot find a URL. I searched again and I see this, https://www.treasurydirect.gov/instit/annceresult/annceresult.htm

What should I be looking at?

Click the TIPS link at the top of the chart so it turns blue. You are currently looking at the "high rates" field for Treasury Bills on the link you sent. The top line is where you pick the type of bond you want to see the details for. Fidelity has a screen with the secondary market TIPS prices in their fixed income section that is easier to understand. Or in general I used the above Bloomberg rate page myself to track the day to day price changes.
