Annual Schwab statement for DAF millions off

Has anybody else checked their annual statements for their Donor Advised Funds to find huge errors? Apparently we gave away millions we didn’t know about. DW didn’t laugh when I showed her because she was afraid we really gave that much away. I almost want to print this out and frame it.

Do you have some past tax returns you need to amend now?

Schwab advised me this week they're preparing a corrected 1099 for me, so maybe they're having some broader paperwork problems.

Well, nothing so impressive and not a DAF.

The 1099 for one of my stocks listed $12 for federal withholding (which was the reinvestment fee) as opposed to the 13k actually withheld.
