November I Bond rate set with a .2% fixed composite set at 1.38%

First time a fixed number has been attached to the inflation part in quite a while. I definitely will by a few. At least theoretically the return is above inflation rate now.

That is good news. I like I bonds. We just got $5K in paper bonds back from as a part of our tax refund.
