Alarm clock issues...

I set my phone alarm to wake me at 8 am. I use the sound of a rooster.

I do this now, otherwise I can sleep on/off until 11 am and then I feel bad because "I've wasted the day".

If I get tired I'll take a nap in the afternoon.

By getting up at 8am regularly, I noticed I don't stay up past mid-night anymore reading forums, which was becoming a problem.
 
Time to Gallagher that thing.
