We have had a Hydropool swim spa for almost 10 years, and the cover wears out after about 5 years. The cover is vinyl, comes in four pieces, attached by velcro attached to the vinyl cover and to overlapping straps. The cover itself is in good shape, but the thread holding the velcro and the straps has disintegrated, so the velcro is separating from the cover and the straps are too. Also, with all the nooks and crannies with the velcro, there are areas that are impossible to clean. I've looked at two possibilities, both pricey which isn't a problem, but I want to know if anyone has any experience with either of these:

End2End roll cover (not sure how long the warantee)

Advanced Spa Covers (lifetime guarantee)

Our deck is built around 3 sides of the spa so a cover lifter is out of the question.

Any other suggestions?

I'm interested in this too. Our spa is over 20 years old. It's in a four-sided enclosure (one side opens to get in and out) so the original cover is still hanging in there. But it is probably on its last legs.

Since it doesn't have to be weatherproof, only insulating, I'd like to find something lighter and easier to open than the rugged outdoor-rated covers.
