Several great photos above, but since I'm a train nut, I find ggbutcher's shot to be my favorite. I have to visit that rail yard - looks to be close to one of my Chicago - Phoenix road trip routes.

Moss Glen Falls, Stowe, Vt

Moss Glen Falls, Granville, Vt.

Same technique as Hesperus above - bracketed several exposures (3) but not as long - maybe longest exposure was 2"

I don't know why they have the same name - they are about 40 miles apart.

Great dog shots! SIL's golden retriever is one of my favorite subjects. The local paper had a photo contest last summer and her dog brought home two firsts - one for "cooling off" - I posted my shot of her back in July where she was cooling off in our lake, and "Four Legged Friends" that SIL took with her phone and I sharpened in Lightroom. Dogs are fun to photograph.

Eclipse 2017!

Here is my best image taken from Madras. It's a fusion of 12 exposures followed by lots of post-processing.

I was in the Utah NP's in October. Still working on the edits. I liked this small pine tree overlooking Bryce Canyon near Inspiration Point.

Beautiful and eerie at the same time. Love the black and white effect.

Oh! Wow! This is a prize winning image. Deserving of a large sofa-size print.

Thanks. I knew the place was famous, but I forgot how. It's where Forrest Gump stopped running.
