I've even considered switching to an automatic transmission for my next vehicle, something I never thought I would even think of.

If the former, DW is 68 and I'm 78, neither one of us has any interest in driving an automatic.

I've only "considered" driving an automatic for my next car. I still prefer a manual transmission, but am getting a bit lazy as I get older.

I would like to switch to an electric car, which would be "automatic" by default since there are no gears to shift. But, there's no way I'll pay full price for a car and there aren't that many affordable used electric cars yet.

I haven't had a kart since my 40s, and then switched to sports cars. Always thought about building a 250cc SuperKart.
