I can't get the "Forum Tools" button to respond. There is no pull down menu right now.

Mac Safari....never had trouble with it before. It was working earlier today.

I'm also experiencing problems with not being able to go to the last post read. It takes me back to far.

The "Forum" button is working for me (Microsoft XP, I think)
