I try to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and spend about 40 minutes on the exercise equipment.
The other 3 or 4 days I walk/run outside.
I prefer a steam bath after my club workout and about 15 minutes does it.
I know many prefer a sauna but it is a second choice for me.
