What is the optimal way to go. I have tried to have no Stock, ETF or Mutual Fund no more than 10% of my portfolio. However, I have a bond fund and a stock mutual fund that are peforming very well. They are well diversified and I might want ot increase them each up to 20%. Anyone have any thoughts on that. What say the investment community.

Not a whole lot of info to go on. Depends on your risk tolerance, age, etc.

If it’s a well diversified mutual fund or ETF already owning 50 or even hundreds of stocks, then sure it can be a large part of the portfolio. The key is not to own a large chunk in a single stock.
