Here is a link to the settlement which still needs to be approved by the court.
The settlement is only a couple of million so claims could easily exceed that amount easily.
I just filed my claim, be aware that the serial number on your screen is not the serial number they want, the one on your receipt is different and 19 digits long.
I keep all my receipts and owners manuals in a drawer so it was easy for me to find them.

Well this was easy, it took less than 5 minutes to file my claim last year and I'm getting $60. I assume not too many people bothered to file a claim when they saw the total settlement amount. This brings the cost of my super cheap to begin with TCL TV that I still totally love down to less than $100 if I'm remembering correctly. (Black Friday deal)
 
Well I'm dang sure not moving to California for $60....:LOL:
 
Was this the lawsuit where TCL was sued for falsely claiming the refresh rate on their TV panels was 120Hz when in fact it was only 60Hz?

I think TCL used some gimmicky marketing-speak to imply their panels were 120 when they really weren't.
